Shipping policy

At My Instant Veneers™, our goal is to offer you the best shipping experience possible. We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you, which is why we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping services. The following is our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays via email or phone. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient option available. Our standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery, after the order has been processed. Please note that these delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to track your package as it makes its way to you.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

 

 

Damages:

My Instant Veneers™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as these may be required for the process.
